Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

 

All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and government holidays. Due to demand and availability some orders may take a few additional days to process and ship.

Customers will receive email confirmation containing tracking information once an order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. 

Simply submit your return request with proof of purchase by emailing us at shop@kinkyleaf.com .

For a full refund of the product purchase price, your order must be received within 30 days of purchase.

An email confirmation will be sent once the return request is processed. Please note, purchaser is responsible for any return related shipping costs. Purchaser is also responsible for parcel to arrive in undamaged conditions.

Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage from carrier.  We will reimburse shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of Kinky Leaf (ex. you received an incorrect or damaged item).

Once returned item(s) is received and processed, we will refund to the same credit card used in the original transaction. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to appear on account. As different financial institutions have different processing timeframes, please contact your bank for more accurate information.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – most cases will be quicker, however due to return shipping time, return processing, and refund requests to the banks, it can take up to 4 weeks.
